List the dock catalog

Lists every charging dock in the Outpost catalog - the same entries, in the same order, as the operator funnel’s dock picker: the Earthity Charging Dock first, then the rest by manufacturer and model - projected to a published allowlist: manufacturer, model, charging power and product shot. Public, unauthenticated reference data for the marketing site’s dock catalog page: CDN-cached (s-maxage=300 with a day of stale-while-revalidate) and readable cross-origin (Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *; no credentials and no custom headers, so a browser fetch() is never preflighted). An edit in the catalog admin reaches this response within about 10 minutes; compare version to tell whether it has. Served by production only.
